#AskTheExpert My daughter is 29 days old and she is having phlegm since last 10 days. Can you please help me with this.

A. hello of it is noisy breathing then its normal and you can use saline nasal drops in the nostrils as and when required 2 drops and also use steam inhalation with plain water.
