dear sir / Madam my girl child is 2 months 29 days old. she is suffering throat problem. I think phlegm is disturbed my child. she is trying to send out the phlegm but not happens. her tongue is kept in outside and trying but no use. any medicine is not taking smoothly. please suggest me
