Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter is 26 months old. She is very active but she doesn't eat her enough amount of food as required. What techniques should I use to train her to eat her meals on time. Could you please suggest something? Thank you.

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Give your child 3 to 4 meals a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates, involve your child in family meals to encourage eating healthy.
