#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2 years MD 2months. She is having a mild snoring sound when she breaths in. Past 1week. She is all fine playing eating and all. No cold too. What to do doc

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illhyness there could be associfated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
