#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2 years and 4 months now. her weight is 9.7 kgs. she also falls sick often. she seems very tiny compared to other kids of her age. we stay in Bangalore. very damp weather here. what should I do

A. gu e her high protein food. as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth. ok
