my daughter is too sick she has 4.5 years old but weight 11 kgs

A. weight is less for her age.. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth. may also gi e threptin biscuits
