With that you can give buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice, vegetable soup, lukewarm water. Take your baby out for cycling to keep her fit. Avoid snacks and outside food to maintain a good health and immunity. Include jaggery instead of sugar using ghee instead of oil.Write Your Answer Here
