#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 year 2 months old her hemoglobin is 8.5 gm is there anything to worry about it ? How to increase her hemoglobin.

A. hi yes it is low. you must give iron rich food like fig ,dates , raisins,green veggies I.e. spinach, beetroot , tomatoes , Fruits i.e. pomegranate, strawberry,dates , kiwis , Mango etc more use jeggary instead of sugar while making food for your child.
