#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 months old. she spits lot of milk after feed. And keeps spitting milk before next feed. Its like Paneer and curd consistency. She has little cold too. Giving her nasoclear 4 times a day after evry 6 hours. Her stomach is bloated most of the times. And she keeps farting when I breastfeed her. Pl suggest any home remedy for gas and cold.

A. it is common and his due to gaseous trouble or colleague pain you should feed only mother milk to baby and burp well after feeding you can also give gastica drop

A. Hi, Farting and sometimes more spitting is completely normal dear. Don't worry about that. Passing gas normally without any pain is normal in breastfeeding. Give Gastika ayurvedic medicine for gas related issues if baby is crying. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed
