#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 months and 3 weeks old ,she had her BCG vaccine in 1st month but still she is having a tubercle on her left arm .Is it normal?pls guide.

A. bcg vaccination which is given at birth in the upper arm will form a swelling by one or maximum two months and then it will burst open and then pus will come out from it and after that it will become a scar mark. you have to take dmedical consultation if it days causing pain fever and discomfort to the child. also if the pus discharge is increasing or aggravating again you have to meet the doctor and locally you can apply t bact cream.
