#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2.5year old and her weight is 13 kg .Pls suggest what food I hv to give her so that her weight becomes increases and she become active whole day and also suggest frequency of giving food.

A. hi Give 3 to 5 home cooked meals of recipes like dal rice ghee, khichadi ghee sabji. chapati dal sabji. curd rice, paneer paratha with curd, lassi, thepla dhokla thalipeeth puranpoli, carrot palak soup, egg roti.
