Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2.5 month old and 3.5kg..her birth weight was 1.8 kg. is it okay to give 3 hours gap between feeding during night or I should wake her up for feeding??

A. better wake up. in doubt always better to show to s a pediatric who can check and find the case. the online consultant can guide you but examination is very important for right diagnosis.

A. Yes night hours break is fine. It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep.
