Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be soygme infection also which needs proper examination.g Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Atogla Cream can be applied also what you are eating as like one of the reasons that can generate heat in the body of the child because what mother is affect the child as well in terms of Breastfeeding so you have to be very particular in terms of terms of what you are eating
