#asktheexpert my daughter is 1year and 5months old.. i continue to breastfeed her along with some cow milk at alternate intervals.. she is thin and weigh only 8.9 kgs.. as buffalo milk contains more of fat and is thicker in comparison to cow milk, shall I start feeding her buffalo milk? is it safe? if not, by what age I should start feeding her buffalo milk?

A. good evening yes absolutely if you want you can start giving buffalo milk to the child there is no restriction any kind of animal milk can be introduced to the baby after completion of 12 months
