Q.

My baby is 3 months old and she is completely on breastfeed. Now I want to start top milk along with breastfeed. Please suggest should I start formula feed or Cow milk ( packets)

A. no cow milk to baby is recommended after baby complete one year of age.. exclusively breast feeding is recommended till six months.. you can give formula milk if mother milk is not sufficient..
