#asktheexpert my daughter is 1month old and has severe colic. But I’m having severe gastritis today. Should I take lemon juice? Or can you please advise something which will reduce gastritis.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you may take lemon juice in moderate amount.. Burping after every feeding, will help her ease the gas. To relive gases pain-,Apply hing paste around navel Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. And leg folding exercise. do give colic aid drops to ur baby.
