#asktheexpert My daughter is 19 month old, now a days from last week she is pass her potty by 2days,, while doing it she having pain and she crying. her stool was normal not hard. I don't understand what to do. plz suggest.

Hello maam It seems like your child is having constipation which is why this is happening would advise you to give good amount of water and food and fruits which is rich in vitamin C as that really helps a lot. Lastly I would like to tell you to give papaya religiously to your child every single morning as it really helps a lot in dealing with the constipation issue
