Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. these baby acne are common in new born babies. nothing to worry. these will go away on their own. however avoid any oil massages for a couple of days. if and only of it doesnt reduce try applying baby cetaphil lotion. apply in a small area and see if it helps. if yes please apply all over.
