#asktheexpert My daughter is 15 weeks old ..she is having marks around eyes, which were red at the time of birth, now turned black..Is it birth marks which will fade with coming months. picture attached for refrence

A. Hello, your baby looks like c p and there’s a different types of skin coloured patches so see if he had some birth problem and history of cosangvinity so consult with neurophysician
