#asktheexpert My daughter is 13 years old and her health is not improving as per her age. And she eats maximum two rotis in her meal. What should I do?

A. Two rotis are completely alright it is not a problem but how much vegetables your child is having how much protein is your child having how active your child physically is all these things are going to make a difference so I would recommend you to put your child into some physical sports which will help in overall growth
