Siri the first it for a child can come by the age of 16 to 18 months so you can easily wait for that much of a time if your child doesn’t get a teeth by the time of 16 to 18 months then you may as well consult a paediatric dentist but right now there is no nothing to be worriedWrite Your Answer Here
