#AskTheExpert My daughter is 10 months. she take approximately 600 ml milk ( bottle milk) per day and 3 times solid food. Is it normal or I should provide more solid food compared to milk ?

A. hi as a child is 10 Months old, please provide breasfeeding but if it is not possible then limit your child milk(external milk) intake up to 500ml per day. give semisoild food thrice in a day. because too much milk intake can cause low appetite and low iron level in kids
