#AskTheExpert My 10 months old having 600 ml milk per day and eating only 1-2 tbsp of solids. Should I reduce her milk quantily now?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Yes you may do that , as the milk is quite a lot , major part of the diet should be from solids and now almost nearing to family foods as such soft consistency diet
