#AskTheExpert My daughter is 10 months old. Of late she refuses to eat from us and wants to self feed. Unfortunately in that way she hardly eats anything and has not gained any weight in the last month. I breastfeed her twice in the day. I am worried she is not getting enough nutrition. Although she remains active during playtime. Is there any way to make her eat better?

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. good morning this is very common with the babies there they want to eat on their own this is a good habit as well but try to keep a check that the baby is having more of the finger food on its own and the rest of the food you can feed with the help of spoon
