In 10 months, you should feed the baby 3 main meals and 1-2 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. There are lot of healthy foods that can be included in baby's diet now like beans and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
You should engage him in speaking as much as possible. Give him different kind of toys like block, picture books, light and dound toys, etc.and talk to him about them. Let him explore around if he has already crawling.
