Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi the tablet is not required you may have wait Upto 15 months age instead of giving tablet, prefer to give calcium rich food items like nuts, dairy products etc more give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which too help in good formation of vitamin D
