Q.
#AskTheExpert my daughter is 1 year 8 months old. she is suffering from cold and cough with congestion, for the last 2 months. She gets ok for a couple of days but the cough and cold returns again and again. Please help out as I'm worried about giving her medicines all the time :(

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can rbe used in a properh dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Then maybe your child suffering with some kind of energy which gas aggravated every now and then and probably that’s why your child is suffering with this tune for the clarity on the situation would recommend you to check with your doctor ones
