#AskTheExpert my daughter is 1.5 months old, she is Breastfeeding & she is also taking formula milk due to my less milk production. how to increase my milk production & how much time to feed her in one session so that she is full.

A. increase milk supply take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick garlic you can use Babyhug electric breast pump as regularly pumping increase milk

Earlier he used to take more breastfeeding and less formula milk like a top up milk but since last few days he is taking more formula milk and less breastfeeding.
