#AskTheExpert my daughter has very strong immune but recently she has started to fall ill now she is in hospital due to high fever and low blood count. she is very active but has reduced eating food and less sleep as well. I feel her immunity got dipped due to lack of rest and eat proper food.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It happens during fever and loss of appetite and s also seen during illness so let the child recover abd come back home then start a multivitamin like Zincovit for a month
