A. hi your baby is 4.5 years old now fever and pain in abdomen can be due to stomach infection for which antibiotics treatment is required for which visit any local pediatrician

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in my opinion and experience might ba baby is having stomach infection and sue to it baby is having fever too. so better to evaluate once with doctor in person and give baby medication as per prescription. take care
