#AskTheExpert My daughter has been vaccinated for 2nd time.. there is little swelling on her legs. can we place ice bag on that swelling

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she has received a vaccinations and got swelling at injection site so apply ice cube at injection site for three days and massage it slowly

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom No there is no need to apply any icepack where are you has provided vaccination shot to your baby. Leave it as it is and if baby is having fever then you can give Calpol drops if temperature is above 99°. You have to give the medicine only when temperature is above 99° otherwise not.
