#asktheexpert My daughter got her periods in 2020 and she is now 14 years but still periods are painfull every month for 2 days. Only after Vomiting she feels better. Pls suggest some remedies or any what should be done for pain-free periods.

A. ask her to take rest for first two days and you can give mild painkillers during first day of the periods which will help relieve the complaints also try to give her easy to digest food and more of water intake
