ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. Eating too kuch every day can cause. Also it can cause cavities as your child is nit even 2 years old it is better to stop the habit and also brush twice daily using a grain size of kids age appropriate fluoridated toothpaste.

Hello ma’am Over eating of anything is not good if your child is eating too much of chocolate on an everyday basis that yes it can cause stomach ache and also it is very bad for teeth it can easily give cavities to the teeth so it would be better Who avoid giving it in general also on an everyday basis and please consult your doctor ones
