#asktheexpert my daughter doesn't gain weight even though she has her meals on time. please suggest something

A. To help baby gain weight, apart from regular foods, it is important to feed fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids like. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. If baby is active and healthy, there is no need to be worried and keep feeding fresh and nutritious meals.
