as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes.
so it is common problem among them
here I suggest some tips,hope it help:
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture
make food presentation attractive
for example
cut the vegetables in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter it will help to encourage your child to take interest in them
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
