#AskTheExpert My daughter completes 3 years tomorrow 😍.. Along with regular food what can i include in her dialy routine to keep her healthy?

A. as per your family foods to share your baby.Fruits and milk with turmeric powder or saffron is the very good combination of a child.otherwise give the daily foods which all family person are taking

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated whicfh may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Hello dear parent! Give your baby a good sunlight exposure. Let the baby be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give your baby 3 to 4 meals a day and keep hydrated. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
