#asktheexpert my daughter 5.4 yrs old got hurt by iron, so do we need to give her titanus injection, my ped had told children till 5 yrs don't need it, so it's upto 5 or above 5 yrs as well.

A. after every every tetanus vaccine the unity last 4 to 5 years so if you have given the DPT booster at 4 to 5 years then there is no need to give tetanus vaccination as it is covered in DPT vaccine
