Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. A 4 year old baby is not getting proper weight then you should get a clinical assessment of the baby done with your child doctor and give proper balance diet

The Weight of your child is not that less also that you should be worried about it but yes the question is that if your child is eating so well by the way it is not increasing sometimes I would like to tell you it’s due to deficiencies in the body so consult your doctor and start with multivitamin supplements
