A. Hello dear parent! Keep changing the menu so that your child will taste healthy foods and flavours. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child all the homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family.
