A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into. if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time you can increase the physicafl activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. If baby is getting 8-10 hours sleep in a day then it is enough. Please massage baby feet with BabyHug coconut oil before going to bed at night for sound sleep. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. thanks and take care
