A. Hello mam, it is a natural process. There is nothing much which you can do at home. Just start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth wrapped around your fingers 3 to 4 times a day.

A. Most kids have all 20 of their primary teeth by their third birthday. (If your child's teeth come in much slower than this, speak to your doctor.)
