#asktheexpert my child is not wearing caps, socks or sweater in this winter and avoiding food for 90% and he is just having fruits or snacks only. how to handle my son.

as kids are not used to of these clothings or if he or she might find it uncomfortable ,he or she is rejecting to wear this.
so check the comfort first.
it should not be itchy ,tight .
i would suggest to try Babyhug winter clothing
as its fabric material is cozy , soft and gentle on skin.
but to encourage your child ,
you may give choice in this
for example
let your child pick out the sweater or socks as per his choice .
you may try fun activity or competition .
for example
you could race to see who can put the sweater first.
