#asktheexpert my child is not taking sound sleep in winters she keep eating blankets after every 2-3 hrs . worried how to overcome her sleeping cycle and how should I avoid her eating blankets habit.

A. hi parent follow a routine maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed and you can also give a warm bath

A. Hello dear parent! Check if your baby is teething. Use Babyhug teether. Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
