A. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. please start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day... give more fruits and vegetables to improve appetite and digestion

A. hi yes your child weighs normal so don't worry just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
