#asktheexpert my child is almost 20 days old now. baby boy mother's milk is comparatively less so we are feeding outside powder milk . is it ok also ways to improve lactation in mother

A. Yes definitely you can give other milk if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods have more fruits and veggies include dals eggs milk rice dry fish garlic bread and rice
