#asktheexpert my child is 4 years old n she weight 14 kg is the weight fine according to her age n she is very lean n I don't find any progress in her height

Hello ma’am Why this age we normally assume that the child should be somewhere around 17 kg but if your child is having a less away then you don’t need to work upon the balance diet for your child for a proper weight gain as per the age. So to be on the safer side I would advise you to consult a nutritionist once regarding the same
