ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom for speech would recommend to take the child to a speech therapist it would be very helpful as well for them . Also for his weight kids triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs
