#AskTheExpert my child is 3.4 years and the weight is 12.2 since last year . The child is a fussy eater. Anything /any medicine that can be taken to increase growth and weight

A. Hello kids can be fussy . this is normal. instead of supplements, try to add healthy foods like Almond, cashews, dates, banana, chickoo, peanuts, til seeds, coconut, egg, paneer masked in recipes like paratha. porridge, vegetable soup, cutlets so that child will get nutrition from natural foods
