my 4 years baby is 10.5kg she is fussy eater she had a height of 2 years what should I do to gain height and weight

A. Hello dear parent, you should her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. As supplements do help in proper growth of the body. Also height of the child totally depends on child's hereditary. Massage her legs with Babyhug massaging oil and do stretching exercises . Also make her jump and run. Let her do hanging exercises also if you have a hanging bar at home.
