#asktheexpert my child is 2 years old she is not eating diet properly why ? what can I do for this

A. Feeding and keep on feeding is the only thing that is in our hand, gradually babies will start eating, this is a common problem with all the babies and you don't need to worry, gradually when they grow up they will start eating.

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

Maybe Your child is not eating food properly because your child is not interested in eating because sometimes what happens is kids are just bored of the regular Mili plans variation is very much important and sometimes we generally do not want to eat because it could be due to deficiency of iron in the body
